## **Overview**

Girasol is a fun and simple decentralized prediction market. Predict whether SOL price will rise, fall, or stay within a range (Flat) – guess correctly to win! The platform is designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

## **How T**o Play

### **Step 1: Choose Your Market**

* Select the asset you want to predict: **SOL**, **JUP**, etc...
* Markets are time-based, typically lasting **5 minutes**.

### **Step 2: Make Your Prediction**

Note: The **Flat** option is not always available and depends on the specific market conditions.

### **Step 3: Track the Phases**

1. **Entry Phase**: Place your prediction while the market is open for entries.
2. **LIVE Phase**: Watch as the market progresses for the next **5 minutes**.
3. **Closed Phase**: Results are finalized, and winners are rewarded!

### **Step 4: Check the Results**

The outcome depends on the **Opening Price**, **Closed Price**, and the **Flat Range** (if activated):

* &#x20;<mark style="background-color:green;">**UP**</mark> : You **WIN** if the **Closed Price** is higher than the **Opening Price**.
* &#x20;<mark style="background-color:red;">**DOWN**</mark> : You **WIN** if the **Closed Price** is lower than the **Opening Price**.
* &#x20;<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**FLAT**</mark> (if activated): You **WIN** if the **Closed Price** is within the defined **Flat Range**.
